What is Apple Valley?

Apple Valley Assisted Living is an attractive and comfortable 39 unit apartment community providing services in an environment of luxury, comfort, and security. Services and amenities include meals, housekeeping, laundry, individual response system, 24-hour staffing and much more. A detailed list is provided in the "Services" portion of our website.

Who owns Apple Valley?

Apple Valley is owned by Apple Valley, L.L.C. This is a group of local individuals who came together to offer assisted living care services to the people of North Iowa. Ownership is local, and the pride is in our Clear Lake community.

Do the individual apartments offer privacy?

Yes. Every tennant will be provided with a key to their individual apartment. Assured privacy is simply a matter of closing your front door. Apple Valley is a friendly and social community always recognizing the importance of each individual's privacy.

Are the apartments furnished?

No. Apple Valley gives each occupant the opportunity to bring personal furnishings to make the apartment as comfortable and familiar as possible.
