• Our administrative health and wellness assessment is free.

• Apple Valley participates in the Iowa Medicaid Program which provides financial assistance for eligible residents. With these programs, Apple Valley is able to offer a unique assurance: No qualified senior in need of personal care services will have to move from our assisted living facility due to the depletion of his or her savings. You are protected from being forced to vacate when you can no longer pay privately.

• On-site staff coordinates with local health care providers for Medicare reimbursed services whenever possible, helping to keep residents' healthcare costs down.

Hud Housing Assistance

Apple Valley is also unique in further assisting residents in obtaining HUD Housing Assistance. Eligible residents can recieve assistance through the local housing program to help defray the costs of rent.
